TESTING & COMMISSIONING

TURNKEY SUPPLY

Owing to our comprehensive product portfolio, we are able to offer a turnkey supply service, which provides a guaranteed total price for all materials, installation, training and maintenance on any project we undertake.

Our Turnkey Services Include:

Construction Department

The Construction department is responsible for:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
  • Implementation plus ensuring Lessons Learned are properly documented throughout the life of the project including Project Close-out
  • Manage the construction effort and be the construction representative of our company with Client.
  • To plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan for timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan.
  • Responsible for implementation of the scope of work related to construction/ fabrication, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the facilities in conformance with project specifications, Scope of Work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule.
  • Monitor and report to Project Manager / Sr Construction Manager of project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.
  • Review man-hours and duration forecasts for completion of construction
  • Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance if any.
  • Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures/work instructions.
  • Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the Company.
  •  Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management

Tender & Estimation Department

Review ITB, scope of work, design and design instructions.  Develop bill of material, technical specifications and vendor’s scope of work. Conduct/participates in negotiations of contracts, joint ventures, and consortium agreements with clients and business partners. Obtain final contract approval from legal and the Proposal Review Board. Analyzes and reports the status of proposals and negotiations; monitors and actively manage the proposal budget for assigned proposals. Implement Safety, Quality, Ethical Standards, and Lessons Learned in accordance with Company Policies, Standards, and Guides.

Design & Drafting Department

This department consists of innovative Engineers and skilled draftsman/CAD operators capable of delivering concept designs, engineering designs, and shop drawings and as built drawings for all projects. The personnel in this section possess the require site skills needed to design as well.

Project Planning & Control Department

Project Controls utilizes five organizing principles to align skills and methodologies with project requirements, contract strategies and risk management.

Planning

Planning is an essential duty of a project manager. Determining what needs to be done, who is going to do it, and when it needs to be done are all part of the planning process. Keeping in mind that planning is an iterative process that takes place throughout the life of the project.

Organizing

Organizing is about setting up the project team’s structure. A major driver in this aspect is the company’s existing structure. When organizing our project, we will need to take the company’s structure into account.

Leading

SAFETY

The health and safety of our employees and anyone else who may be affected by our acts or omissions. The Company defined performance standard is zero accidents; compliance with statutory requirements will be the minimum acceptable standard adopted to achieve this goal.

In order to carry out this policy, responsibilities for health and safety have been clearly defined, allocated and accepted at all levels. All employees must play their part in implementing this policy, if safety standards are to constantly improve.

When implementing this policy we will:

  • provide sufficient resources to ensure that proper provision for health and safety can be made;
  • carry out risk assessments of our activities and implement effective measures to control the risks present;
  • establish and implement safe systems of work for our work activities;

The arrangements in place to implement this policy day to day operational procedure and as such are reviewed on a continuous basis. Where opportunities for improvement in safety standards or safety problems are identified they will be tackled promptly, and with sufficient resources, to ensure that they are dealt with adequately.

The implementation of this policy will be monitored throughout the company’s activities in order to ensure compliance with its objectives.
